How to Order?
| 1. | Pet tags can be purchased at any Pet Lovers Centre outlet OR you can place your order online. |
| 2. | Select the pet tag(s) you prefer on our website. Upon receiving your order(s), our home delivery customer officers will contact you within 3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from date of purchase. Please indicate your contact number when ordering. |
| 3. | Number of engraved lines * are dependent on the size and shape of the pet tag. |
| 4. | Small characters or symbols such as:”`! @$%^&*()_+”= are not allowed. Only the number sign (#) is permitted. |
| 5. | Please allow 10 working days for personalising your pet tags. You will receive the pet tags by mail*
Note: Delivery during peak / festive seasons may be longer due to a high demand on the postal system |
| 6. | Enjoy our Express Service for an additional $10.70 per tag to get your order delivered within 48 hours after confirmation from our Customer Service Officer. (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) |

| 2. | All pet tags are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. |
